T-Ball, Softball, Baseball:
The Sunrise Optimist summer ball leagues are for all kids from Pre-K T-Ball through 11th grade softball and baseball. We play a 6 game schedule with one or two games a week at the Sunrise Optimist Sports Complex, 720 NW 50th St. North across 50th street from Seaman High School.
Our Ball leagues normally starts the first of June and ends by the middle of July. You can search our CALENDAR for the actual dates for our T-Ball, Softball and Baseball leagues. Win/loss record for 4th grade and older during the season will be used to set brackets for the tournament scheduled at the end of the season. Teams will be set up by the Sports Director by schools. Leagues are organized by grade level as follows:
COED – Pre K T-Ball
COED – grade K/1 T-Ball
Girls Softball – grade 2/3, 4/5, 6/8
Boys Baseball – grade levels 2/3, 4/5, 6/8
